The concessionaire

H2Olmos S.A. is a special-purpose organization incorporated by Odebrecht Group in 2009 that entered into the 25-year Concession Agreement for the Design, Financing, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of the Olmos Irrigation Project with the Republic of Peru, which acted through the Lambayeque Regional Government on June 11, 2010.

It is worth noting that this concession is the result of a private initiative submitted by Odebrecht under legislative decrees 994 and 1012, intended for the promotion of private investment in irrigation projects to improve unproductive state-owned land, as well as public-private partnerships and productive employment generation.

Who are the shareholders of H2Olmos?

H2Olmos S.A.  shareholders are Brazil-based Odebrecht Participações e Investimentos S.A. (OPI) with a 99.999% interest and Constructora Norberto Odebrecht S.A. (CNO) with a 0.001% interest, both of them part of the ODEBRECHT ORGANIZATION.
