Process description:

Auction announcement date: The Auction announcement took place on March 25th, 2011.

The Public Auction announced  the sale of the lots of land for the development and execution of agricultural projects, including the water uptake, conduction and distribution service, which will be provided under a purchase and service agreements.

The auction terms and conditions were approved by the Regional Government of Lambayeque trough letter Nº 148-2011-GR.LAMB./PR of date January 24^th,2011.

Any legal person, including consortiums created for this purpose, may take part in the auction. Any participant may be eligible as a bidder as long as the requirements established in the auction terms and conditions are met.
